New rooms are very nice and in good condition, service staff should be more friendly

bagni; pulizia ok, accessori ok....... ma il resto non va bene.. piastrelle rotte! silicone vasca !?pessima applicazione!! stuccatura pavimento nera!! camera; terzo letto posizione da baraccati.
peccato perche la posizione è ottima il balcone è meraviglioso la camera è pulita, anche se la carta da parati si sta staccando e la mouquette è molto usurata e fuori moda da due stelle, (meglio parquet)

Assoluta poca chiarezza sulla tipologia di stanza. La "superior" viene rappresentata come "Più spaziosa rispetto alle camere standard, le camere superior presentano arredi eleganti". Non é assolutamente vero in quanto le dimensioni sono le medesime della"standard" 4x4 e cioé da loculo. Non bene! Alla reception ci sono dei ragazzini assolutamente non all'altezza e ho verificato che il sabato pomeriggio non era presente né un direttore né un responsabile con il quale poter parlare per fare presente la questione della stanza loculo.

A bit disappointing considering new refurbished room. Bathroom small, bed a little hard, lots of noise from adjoining rooms. Plates and utensils in wrong places at breakfast.
